Cynthia Richardson, Director of Equity, Access, and Advancement for Salem-Keizer Public Schools, shares what was learned about the district's students and families during distance learning. Internet access was not available to all. Teachers and staff learned a lot more, and which Ms. Richardson called "reset" for the district.
