Just before this COVID gig took up residence back in March I conducted an interesting interview with Patti Bowman. Patti trained as a certified nutritionist but turned teacher and author as she moved down new paths. I'm re-airing that interview from February of last year and I contacted her for an update and how she has fared since March of 2020.
