The real secret to historic preservation is to continue to use the historic resource through generations.  Case in point, look to the Odd Fellows Building/Grand Theater in downtown Salem. Guests Joe & Cindy Meduri recently purchased this building from restorers Carole Smith and Eric Kittleson, and they share with us their plans to keep this treasured gem viable--and vibrant!
