Ashley Dunn shares how the local NAACP, Community Learning Institute and Salem Keizer Public Schools are creating pathways for student success and leadership development in BIPOC Youth. A new program called "Sebona" (I see you), an after school program for second to fifth graders, is just one of those efforts.
