Thank You!

Thanks to all of you who contributed to KMUZ for your year-end charitable giving. The volunteers appreciate your support and it inspires us to do our best every show. It’s never too late to make a tax-deductible donation to the mid-valley’s only volunteer-run, an independent community radio station that brings you music and local community news and public affairs.

Look for “Help KMUZ” on the right panel to make a donation now. You can become a sustaining donor there as well.

Other Ways to Contribute

Our Winter pledge drive is coming soon – in early February. Plan to call in a pledge OR challenge others to pledge as a Matching Grant Sponsor. Whether you’re an individual, business or organization, you can let listeners know that YOU support KMUZ and you want all listeners to help by challenging them to match your contribution.   To learn more about becoming a matching grant sponsor, email [email protected].

Become an underwriter and let listeners know your business or organization supports local community radio. For a small fee, you will be mentioned on-air and listed on social media as a proud sponsor of KMUZ. Good vibes come with showing our listeners that you support your community. More at [email protected].

Join us at the Pentacle Theatre’s annual KMUZ benefit on Wed. March 6th for an energetic performance of the musical, Mamma Mia! ABBA’s hits tell the hilarious story of a young woman’s search for her birth father. Purchase tickets for the March 6th performance at the Pentacle Box office or on-line: https://tickets.pentacletheatre.org/TheatreManager/1/online?event=0

Schedule Changes

A few long time volunteers have hung up their headphones. Thanks to CT of Bar Chords and Bar Stools for six years of rock ‘n’ roll on Thursday afternoons. And thanks to six years of Needle Cypher on Tuesday evenings with Sam.

But new people are getting on board. Welcome Abracadabra with Stella & Pam, bringing music for children of all ages, every other Sunday at noon. Listen to Poetry on the Air every other Friday at 10 am. And welcome back Deep Cuts with Joe Kubeck on Saturday evenings. A few more shows are on sabbatical.
