Willamette Wake Up 11/22/2016 -- NW Human Services' Coordinated Care Approach To Community Health
Show Notes
Northwest Human Services has been providing residents of Marion and Polk counties with comprehensive medical, dental and mental health care for over 45 years. Their programs are designed to maximize support for those in our community who need it most - the homeless, low income families, uninsured individuals, and migrant workers. In this program, Michael Livingston talks with Marybeth Beall about NW Human Services' "no-wrong-door" coordinated care approach to community health in the mid-Willamette Valley.
