Michael Livingston reports on last night’s meeting of the Salem City Council, which included a "work session" to review an in-depth report on pedestrian safety, approval of an intergovernmental agreement between the City and Marion County to fund and operate a Mobile Crisis Response Team, adoption of Mayor Bennett's motion to establish a City Council task force to study and develop recommendations to address traffic congestion on the City's two Willamette River bridges, and submission of an information report concerning proposed changes to the Library Code of Conduct.
