A local group hopes to add new energy and some mobilizing skills for Oregonians who support the idea of universal healthcare coverage. Lee Mercer chairs the Mobilization Committee for a group called Health Care For All Oregonians (HCAO) and says while Oregon was a leader in implementing the Affordable Care Act a few years ago, that momentum needs to continue.
