In the last program of Legislative Matters for the 2021 Oregon Legislature, Jan Margosian and Cindy Condon talk about the latest in Capital news and some key legislative initiatives that passed or did not pass. New laws include reduction in green house gasses with some electric companies taking the lead, funds for water infrastructure projects to manage drought, a new gov’t office to assist immigrants, changes to the criminal justice system and increased voter access. Campaign finance reform did NOT get addressed.
