Jimmy Jones from the Mid-Willamette Valley Community Action Agency returns to Willamette Wake Up to talk about this year's point-in-time (PIT) count of the homeless population in our community and his efforts to develop and implement a "coordinated entry system" for connecting the most vulnerable among them with appropriate supportive services.
