May 19th is the election that, in effect, determines the councilor who will represent residents in the City of Salem. Trevor Phillips is one of two candidates running to represent Ward 3. Ward 3 covers southeast Salem. Cindy Condon conducted the interview. She is a KMUZ Advisory Council member and Salem City Club Program Committee member.
