Enrique Ruiz, PCUN, talks about the statewide effort to ensure all people living in Oregon get counted. The effort is called "Counting the Hardest to Count." The census determines the number of people living in Oregon and the U.S. And it helps determine the amount of federal funds that come to Oregon and, depending on the final count, could result in an additional Oregonian representing us in U.S. Congress.
