Oregon State Representatives Tom Andersen (Salem) and Ken Helm (Beaverton) have a conversation about water, drought and resilience. Helms chairs the House Agriculture, Land Use, Natural Resources and Water Committee. In 2023, the State Legislature passed a significant bipartisan Drought Resilience and Water Security package and is the basis of this conversation.
