This week on the Forum, we get an inside look at how two of our state agencies operate…ODA, the department of agriculture has over half a million farm workers and a large chunk of the state’s annual productivity. And OHA, the Oregon Health Authority, keeps them all healthy and well. We asked the questions, and now you can hear a health services administrator and the head of the agriculture department tell how our state agencies serve Oregonians.
